We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team at HireInside. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and evaluating candidates to ensuring smooth onboarding. Key Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain job descriptions for various roles.

• Source and engage candidates through online platforms, job portals, and social media.

• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidate assessments.

• Advertise job openings effectively across multiple channels.

• Shortlist candidates and collaborate with hiring managers to align with business needs.

• Conduct background checks and maintain recruitment records.

• Assist in identifying future hiring needs to support organizational growth.

Job Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline.

• Experience: 0.5 – 6+ years in HR/recruitment.

• Strong knowledge of resume databases and sourcing techniques.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain professionalism.

• Willingness to work 6 days a week.
