Position: Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager Sales

Job Description:
Þ Achieve Sales numbers for the area being handled. Must have field experience in the respective region good market knowledge / intelligence of the area being handled.
Þ Network expansion - Distributor appointments and monitoring their performance. Secondary retail network expansion and monitoring.
Þ Achieving Product mix targets for the designated area, Brand promotion through local activation like Meets, campaigns, Point of sale promotions etc.
Þ Fiscal management - Manage trade receivables within approved credit policies of the organization
Þ Generating Demand – To conduct meets, campaigns with trade (Retailers, dealers, distributors), influencers (Mechanics) and consumer campaigns to establish the brand in the marketplace.
Þ To establish close working relationship with Distributor Sales Representatives. To help guide mentor them to achieve the laid down sales objectives.
Þ To work with organized fleets & workshops.
Þ Ability to conceive and implement schemes at the local level for improving brand presence/penetration.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Educational Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate
Experience Required: minimum 106-8 years in aftermarket distribution driven sales.
