We are a dynamic company based in Mansarovar, Jaipur, seeking a dedicated HR Recruiter to join our team. You will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and onboarding talent that supports our growth and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers across departments to understand staffing needs (permanent, contract, internships) and job specifications.

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies (job boards, social media, referrals, campus drives) to build a strong candidate pipeline.

• Screen resumes, conduct initial phone/video interviews, coordinate interviews, and manage candidate communications.

• Organise and participate in employer branding activities (job fairs, campus outreach, networking events) to attract talent in Jaipur and surrounding regions.

• Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) records and ensure compliance with HR policies & labour regulations.

• Facilitate onboarding: preparing offer letters, coordinating with IT/Facilities/Payroll, ensuring a smooth induction for new hires.

• Maintain metrics and reports: time-to-fill, source of hire, candidate conversion rates, etc., and present insights to HR leadership.

• Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, job portals, and educational institutions in the Jaipur region.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience and uphold employer brand at all touch points
