About the Role

We are seeking a presentable, articulate, and highly organized MD Assistant to provide direct support to our Managing Director. The role demands exceptional communication skills, strong coordination abilities, and a professional demeanor to ensure seamless functioning of the executive office.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the MD’s calendar, appointments, and travel itineraries.

Draft and proofread emails, reports, and presentations on behalf of the MD.

Coordinate and follow up on internal and external meetings.

Handle confidential and sensitive information with complete discretion.

Prepare meeting agendas, take accurate minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on action points.

Serve as a liaison between the MD and internal teams or external stakeholders.

Perform administrative tasks and assist in project coordination.

Candidate Profile

Presentable personality with excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.

Well-spoken, confident, and highly organized.

Strong coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Proficient in power dressing with professional gestures and postures during interactions.

Skilled in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email management tools.

Professional demeanor and the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
