Job Summary,

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Secretary to provide administrative and executive support to the Managing Director. The ideal candidate must have excellent follow-up skills, a strong command of English, and proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-level administrative support to the Managing Director.

Manage and maintain the MD’s schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.

Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

Maintain effective follow-up on tasks, deadlines, and communications as directed by the MD.

Take dictation and minutes using shorthand and accurately transcribe the same.

Screen and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications.

Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders as required.

Organize and maintain filing systems, both physical and electronic.

Perform any other administrative duties as assigned.
