Office Boy – Roles and Responsibilities:Office Maintenance: Keep the office clean and tidy, including desks, meeting rooms, and common areas.Serving Refreshments: Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors.Document Handling: Deliver and collect files, documents, and parcels within or outside the office.Assisting Staff: Help employees with small tasks like photocopying, scanning, or organizing paperwork.Visitor Support: Greet and assist visitors, ensuring they are comfortable while waiting.Running Errands: Handle small office errands such as going to the bank, post office, or buying office supplies.Stock Management: Check and maintain stock of pantry items and office supplies.Support During Meetings: Arrange meeting rooms, serve refreshments, and clean up afterward.Director’s Washroom Maintenance: Ensure the Director’s washroom is clean, well-stocked, and maintained at all times.General Assistance: Support administrative staff in day-to-day operations as needed.
