Housekeeping Manager

We are looking for a Housekeeping Manager to join our team at Bloofield Management Services Llp to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in assigned areas. The role includes using appropriate cleaning methods, handling chemicals safely, and ensuring a sanitized environment. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹35000 - ₹50000.

  • Oversee daily housekeeping operations to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

  • Handle multiple sites effectively and efficiently.

  • Plan, assign, and supervise housekeeping staff duties.

  • Ensure proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment and chemicals.

  • Monitor cleaning material inventory and raise timely requisitions.

  • Conduct regular inspections of rooms, public areas, and workstations.

  • Train, guide, and motivate staff to maintain efficiency, grooming, and discipline.

  • Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies.

  • Address guest complaints and resolve service-related issues promptly.

  • Prepare duty rosters, reports, and maintain housekeeping records.

  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 6+ years of experience. Expert knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures is essential. The role requires candidates with time management skills, attention to detail, and physical stamina to perform tasks efficiently.
