Position: Office Boy / Showroom & Front Office Assistant
Location: ABK Head Office, Pune
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM (10 hours)
To efficiently manage the ABK Showroom and Front Office by ensuring a smooth visitor experience, maintaining display stock and records, and providing daily administrative and hospitality support. The role functions similar to a retail environment and demands high levels of presentation, coordination, and customer service.
1. Front Office Management
Manage incoming calls, emails, and visitor entries.
Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming reception area.
2. Guest Handling
Greet and attend to visitors, customers, and vendors courteously.
Ensure they are comfortably seated and served tea/coffee or refreshments.
3. Showroom Management
Maintain product display in excellent condition.
Coordinate with the warehouse team for restocking and replacing display samples.
4. Inventory & Stock Control
Maintain accurate records of showroom stock movement.
Update issue/return registers and ensure product availability.
5. Coordination
Assist Sales, Admin, and Operations teams in scheduling meetings and facilitating showroom visits.
Support in managing appointments and basic administrative tasks.
6. Cleanliness & Presentation
Ensure the showroom and front office are always clean, organized, and aligned with ABK’s brand standards.
7. Record Keeping
Maintain daily visitor logs and customer feedback registers.
Share key observations or requirements with management regularly.
Smart, well-groomed, and presentable.
Fluent in English and Hindi/Marathi.
Excellent communication, hospitality, and organizational skills.
Prior experience in showroom management, front desk, or hospitality preferred.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word / Excel / ERP entry).
Willingness to work in a retail-style environment with extended working hours.
