The ideal candidate will ensure an exceptional gaming experience for customers by providing outstanding service, explaining games clearly, assisting with gameplay, and handling cashiering responsibilities efficiently.
Provide excellent customer service by welcoming guests, understanding their needs, and ensuring a positive experience.
Assist customers with game selection and gameplay guidance.
Clearly explain game rules, features, and instructions to customers.
Monitor gaming areas to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Handle cashiering duties, including billing, payments, issuing receipts, and maintaining accurate cash records.
Manage token/card recharges and maintain transaction accuracy.
Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gaming area.
Ensure safety guidelines and company policies are followed at all times.
Support promotional activities, offers, and events within the Game Zone.
