Job Title: Painter

Department: Maintenance / Project Execution

Location: Talwade,Pune

Reports To: Site Supervisor / Project Manager

Job Purpose:

To carry out all types of painting work, ensuring high-quality finishing, adherence to safety standards, and timely completion of assigned tasks as per project requirements.

Qualifications:

• ITI or equivalent vocational training in painting (preferred)

• Basic understanding of surface preparation and paint application techniques

Experience:

• 2 to 3 years of experience in industrial, commercial, or residential painting work

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform all types of painting work including primer, enamel, epoxy, and spray painting

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and applying base coats

• Mix and match paints to obtain required color and texture

• Ensure proper coating thickness and smooth finish

• Maintain tools, brushes, and equipment in good condition

• Follow site safety procedures and use protective equipment at all times

• Work in coordination with other team members to meet project deadlines

• Inspect completed work for quality and rectify defects if required

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Knowledge of various painting techniques and materials

• Attention to detail and precision in finishing

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Time management and discipline

• Awareness of safety and hygiene practices

Languages Known:

Basic understanding of Hindi, English, or local language (preferred)

Compensation:

₹1,50,000 – ₹2,50,000 per annum (based on experience and skill level)

Joining Requirement:

Immediate to 15 days
