Fitter

We are looking for a Fitter to join our team at Accurate Automation And Reconditioners. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20000 - ₹35000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform mechanical assembly and fitting of industrial machinery and automation equipment according to design specifications.

• Interpret and work from mechanical drawings, CAD schematics, and technical instructions to ensure accurate assembly and alignment.

• Carry out retrofitting and refurbishment of existing machines and systems, including disassembly, inspection, and part replacement.

• Align and calibrate components with precision tools (dial gauges, micrometers, torque wrenches, etc.).

• Work with CNC machines, turning centers, and custom automation setups, ensuring proper integration of mechanical subassemblies.

• Collaborate with electrical and control teams to ensure smooth interdepartmental workflows. Conduct functional testing, debugging, and pre-dispatch checks of mechanical systems.

• Follow strict safety and quality control procedures during all stages of assembly and maintenance. Maintain clean, organized, and tool-ready workstations.

• Provide on-site support (if needed) for installation and commissioning of machines at customer locations.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 1 - 5 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
