Marketing & Business Development:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in regional and national construction markets.

• Generate leads and convert them into long-term business from infrastructure companies, builders, contractors, and real estate developers.

• Promote scaffolding and aluminium formwork systems through technical presentations, site visits, and product demonstrations.

• Participate in tendering, bidding, and proposal submission processes.

• Cultivate strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.

• Work closely with internal teams to align sales and marketing initiatives with production and delivery timelines.

Market Research & Strategic Planning:

• Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to monitor pricing trends, technology advancements, and emerging customer needs.

• Assist in formulating marketing strategies, pricing models, and promotional campaigns.

• Support the launch of new products and services based on market intelligence and customer feedback.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Prior experience in marketing and sales of scaffolding, aluminium formwork, construction equipment, or related products is highly preferred.

• Strong understanding of construction site operations and technical aspects of scaffolding/formwork systems.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
