Web Developer / UI-UX Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Custom Theme & Plugin Development:Design and develop custom WordPress themes and plugins tailored to company requirements. Modify existing themes and plugins for optimization and functionality enhancements.

• Website Maintenance & Upgrades:Regularly update and maintain WordPress installations, ensuring they are secure and compatible with the latest versions of WordPress, themes, and plugins.

• Performance Optimization:Implement solutions to optimize website performance, including speed, responsiveness, and scalability.

• Collaboration & Communication:Work closely with designers, project managers, and other developers to translate company requirements into functional and aesthetically pleasing websites.

• Cross-Browser Compatibility:Ensure websites function seamlessly across different browsers and devices, providing a consistent user experience.

• SEO Best Practices:Implement SEO-friendly practices for WordPress websites, including optimizing on-page content, meta tags, and site structure.

• Testing & Debugging:Test, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to website performance, code functionality, and compatibility.

• Client Support & Documentation:Provide ongoing support for clients, ensuring smooth website operations post-launch. Document code and development processes for future reference.

• Back up files from web sites to local directories for instant recovery in case of problems

• Maintain understanding of current web technologies or programming practices through continuing education, reading, or participation in professional conferences, workshops, or groups.
