Job Summary:
The Office Assistant at Prosonic is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and basic upkeep of the office premises to ensure a safe and pleasant working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean office areas including desks, floors, windows, and common spaces
Dust furniture, equipment, and workstations regularly
Maintain cleanliness of restrooms and pantry areas
Dispose of garbage and manage waste properly
Refill supplies such as water, soap, tissues, and pantry items
Serve tea/coffee to staff and visitors when required
Assist in basic office support tasks as needed
Ensure all cleaning tools and materials are properly stored
Required Skills & Qualities:
Basic understanding of cleaning methods and hygiene practices

Ability to follow instructions properly
Punctual and disciplined
Physically fit for daily cleaning tasks
