Job Summary:

We are looking for a Network Engineer who is passionate about networking technologies and enjoys solving complex technical challenges. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with IP camera systems, network hardware, and server configurations. This role requires technical expertise, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches (managed & unmanaged), firewalls, and servers.

• Install, configure, and manage IP surveillance cameras (IP Cameras), NVRs/DVRs, and related security systems.

• Perform network troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues related to connectivity, performance, and security.

• Manage POE switches, ensuring optimal performance and efficient power distribution to connected devices.

• Configure and maintain firewalls, ensuring the security and integrity of the network.

• Collaborate with the IT team to implement network security policies and best practices.

• Monitor network performance and conduct regular system audits.

• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other IT team members.

• Document network configurations, procedures, and updates.

• Support & Configuration of Electronic Security Services Technologies viz. IP CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Alarm Systems, Boom Barriers, LED Display, POE Switches, Crimping, Network Configuration, Bandwidth Management etc. Field Service for Troubleshooting and repairing malfunctioning equipment.
