Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Car Washer & Detailer to join our team. This position involves both washing and deep cleaning of vehicles, ensuring that both the interior and exterior are spotless and well-maintained. The ideal candidate will be meticulous in their work, have a strong understanding of car detailing techniques, and take pride in delivering exceptional service to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Car Washing:

• Clean and wash vehicle exteriors, including windows, tires, rims, mirrors, and bodywork using appropriate tools and cleaning products.

• Dry vehicles and apply wax or other protective coatings to ensure a shiny and smooth finish.

• Vacuum and clean the interior, including seats, carpets, floor mats, and trunk areas.

• Wipe down and clean the dashboard, center console, steering wheel, and other interior surfaces.

• Clean vehicle windows and mirrors to a streak-free finish.

• Inspect vehicles for any damages or signs of wear and report to the supervisor.

Car Detailing:

• Perform full interior detailing, including deep cleaning of upholstery, carpets, seats, and headliners, using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment.

• Clean and polish exterior paintwork to remove dirt, grime, and contaminants, enhancing the vehicle's shine.

• Restore faded or worn plastic trim, tires, and other parts to a like-new appearance.

• Apply paint protection and other detailing products to maintain the vehicle's finish.

• Clean and detail the engine bay, if required.

• Perform other detailing services, such as clay bar treatments, glass polishing, or scratch removal.

General Responsibilities:

• Ensure all cleaning and detailing tools and supplies are properly maintained, cleaned, and stored.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all equipment is in good working condition.

• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any questions or concerns.

• Follow all company safety protocols and guidelines when handling chemicals, tools, and vehicles.

• Assist with other automotive care services as needed, including minor repairs or maintenance.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in car washing and/or detailing is preferred but not required.

• Knowledge of different car detailing techniques and products (polishes, waxes, upholstery cleaners, etc.).

• Ability to operate and maintain car cleaning and detailing equipment (e.g., pressure washers, vacuums, polishing machines).

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality results.

• Physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

• Good communication skills and the ability to work well with a team.

• A valid driver’s license may be required for certain positions.
