The Quantity Surveyor is responsible for managing all costs related to construction projects, from initial calculations to final accounts. The role ensures that projects are completed within budget while meeting quality and legal standards.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

✔ Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates

✔ Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities)

✔ Cost planning and budgeting

✔ Review drawings and specifications

✔ Monitor project costs and control expenses

✔ Prepare tender documents and evaluate quotations

✔ Handle subcontractor billing and payments

✔ Measure work completed at site

✔ Prepare running bills and final bills

✔ Maintain proper project documentation

✔ Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and vendors
