About the Role
Makes360 is seeking a confident, articulate, and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team.
In this hybrid role, you will manage inbound/outbound communication, qualify leads, schedule meetings, and visit client offices for in-person discussions—all within nearby Mohali areas.
You will directly contribute to business growth by driving high-quality leads for our IT services, Web Development, ERP/CRM, Digital Marketing, and Automation solutions.
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients from provided lead lists.
Manage online lead channels like Justdial, IndiaMART, Sulekha, Sales Navigator, etc.
Qualify leads by identifying needs, budget, and decision-making authority.
Present Makes360’s services in a clear, persuasive, and professional manner.
Visit clients’ offices within Mohali and nearby areas for in-person meetings.
Represent the company professionally and build strong client relationships.
Fuel reimbursement will be provided for bike/car travel.
Schedule meetings and demos for senior Sales Executives.
Follow up on calls, emails, and WhatsApp campaigns.
Maintain updated records of all calls, follow-ups, and lead statuses in the CRM.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call-to-lead conversion targets.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize scripts, strategies, and outreach plans.
Share feedback and market insights to improve lead quality and sales success.
✔ Excellent verbal communication, persuasion, and active listening skills.
✔ Prior experience in telecalling, inside sales, or B2B lead generation (preferred).
✔ Comfortable using CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or in-house systems.
✔ Goal-oriented, confident, and capable of handling objections positively.
✔ Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
✔ Fluent in English and Hindi; Punjabi is an advantage.
✔ Must be male (due to field visit responsibilities).
