Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a passion for sales, and a desire to grow in the real estate industry. This role involves assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while maintaining excellent customer service and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital platforms
Identify and understand client requirements and provide suitable property options
Schedule and conduct property tours and site visits
Provide guidance on property prices, market trends, and legal requirements
Negotiate deals and assist in closing transactions
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and property listings
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients
Collaborate with team members and other real estate professionals
Stay updated with local property market trends and developments
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Intermediate (12th grade or equivalent)
Prior experience in real estate or sales is an advantage but not mandatory
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of local property market and real estate procedures
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Having a bike or personal transport is preferred for site visits and client meetings
Familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools is a plus
