We are looking for a Mobile Hardware Engineer to join our team at Jk Infowork Services to resolve hardware & The technician must possess technical and electronics experience, good communication skills and the ability to quickly think on their feet. They must be able to explain complex technical terms in a way that non-technical people can easily understand.

Responsibilitie
• Assess customer phone repair need
• Troubleshoot and diagnose customer mobile device
• Repair or replace parts of customer mobile devices as neede
• Make recommendations for additional services or replacement part
• Update repair documentation accuratel
• Keep customer informed of repair process and charge
• Provide customer support to walk customer through device setup and maintenanc
• Ensure work area is clean and organize
• Utilize safety protocols when handling customer device
• Maintain inventory of service parts and tool
