Responsible for sourcing and onboarding customers for Microfinance / Micro Loans in the assigned territory.
Generate business through field visits, village meetings, and center formation.
Conduct customer KYC verification, credit appraisal, and documentation as per company policy.
Build and manage Joint Liability Groups (JLGs) / SHGs for loan disbursement.
Ensure timely collection of EMIs and maintain high collection efficiency.
Maintain good customer relations, resolve queries, and provide after-sales support.
Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure portfolio quality.
Regularly update records in system and submit reports to branch manager.
