Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves building long-term relationships, generating leads, and achieving sales goals through excellent communication and product knowledge. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients. • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products ( health Insurance Sales.). • Present and explain insurance policy options to potential customers. • Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients. • Process policy applications, renewals, modifications, and claims when necessary. • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, underwriting policies, and industry regulations. • Conduct follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and renew policies. • Utilize CRM software or lead management tools to track interactions and sales progress. • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop lead-generation strategies.
