Field Sales Executive

We are hiring Field Sales Executives (FSE) for Paytm. This role involves daily field work in nearby market areas, where you will visit shops and merchants to promote and onboard Paytm digital payment products such as QR, Soundbox, and POS/Card Swipe machines.

The job requires meeting shop owners, explaining Paytm services, completing basic onboarding formalities, and achieving assigned sales targets. This is a ground-level field sales role.

Freshers are welcome, and proper training will be provided. Candidates who show good performance and work continuously for 1 month will get growth and promotion opportunities to Senior FSE or Team Lead roles, along with higher earning potential.

Immediate joining is available. Openings are limited.

Responsibilities:

• Visit nearby markets and shops in assigned area

• Onboard new merchants for Paytm services

• Maintain good relationship with shop owners

• Achieve daily and monthly targets

• Report work updates to Team Lead

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Below 10th / 10th / 12th pass

• Freshers can apply (Training provided)

• Good communication skills

• Must be comfortable with field work

• Smartphone mandatory
