Key Responsibilities

Driving Duties:

·         - Drive the Director to business meetings, appointments, airports, or personal events safely and punctually.

·         - Maintain cleanliness, upkeep, and timely servicing of the assigned vehicle.

·         - Plan routes in advance to ensure timely arrival and adapt to traffic conditions.

·         - Ensure compliance with traffic laws, and maintain all vehicle-related documents (insurance, pollution, registration, etc.)

Personal Assistant Duties:

·         - Assist the Director with personal errands, coordination of appointments, and daily schedules.

·         - Handle confidential documents and maintain discretion in all matters.

·         - Support in small office administrative duties such as courier handling, bank visits, file submission, etc.

·         - Coordinate with vendors, office staff, or external contacts as per Director’s instructions.

·         - Manage reminders, calls, and appointments on behalf of the Director.

·         - Assist in event preparation, travel planning, or logistics arrangements as and when required.

Provide daily updates on vehicle health, schedules, and completed tasks.

Requirements

·         - Proven experience as a personal or executive driver (minimum 3–5 years preferred).

·         - Valid Driving License and clean driving record.

·         - Familiarity with Gurgaon, Delhi NCR routes.

·         - Ability to multitask and support office functions.

·         - Trustworthy, discreet, and highly dependable.

·         - Good communication skills and basic command of English/Hindi.

·         - Physically fit and willing to work flexible hours.

30–45 years
