Job Summary:
Lead and manage a 15–20 member sales team, drive daily market visits, ensure accurate GPS/photo tracking, and maintain strong coordination with field staff. Monitor brand-wise reports, dealer databases, and weekly/monthly performance to maximize efficiency and market presence.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
Track daily field visits using mobile app GPS and photo reports.
Prepare daily brand-wise sales visit reports.
Maintain sales person–wise dealer database.
Monitor weekly/monthly visit records and performance.
Coordinate with team to resolve market challenges quickly.
Ensure strong follow-up on market visits and availability.
Requirements:
