1. ITI Technician (Entry-Level)

• Role Summary: Responsible for the daily operation, assembly, and maintenance of machinery to ensure production efficiency and safety.

• Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine and preventive maintenance on plant equipment.

  • Assemble and install mechanical or electrical components based on technical drawings.

  • Troubleshoot basic equipment faults and escalate complex issues to senior staff.

  • Use hand and power tools safely to perform repairs and minor fabrications.

  • Maintain clean workspaces and document completed maintenance tasks in logs.

• Qualifications: ITI Certification in a relevant trade (e.g., Fitter, Electrical, Mechanical).

2. Diploma Junior Engineer / Trainee (DET)

This role is for those with a 3-year Polytechnic Diploma. It balances technical supervision with field execution and reporting.

• Role Summary: Assists senior engineers in project planning, supervision of technical tasks, and ensuring operational compliance with engineering standards.

• Key Responsibilities:

  • Support senior engineers in designing, testing, and implementing new engineering projects.

  • Supervise ITI technicians and contractors during installation or site work.

  • Conduct site inspections and surveys to gather data for technical reports.

  • Prepare cost estimates, material requirements, and project progress reports.

  • Read and interpret complex blueprints or CAD drawings to guide on-site work.
