Job Description – Cashier cum Sales Executive

Work Hours: 10 Hours per day

Salary: ■14000- 18,000 per month (Fixed + Variable)

Leaves: 3 Fixed Leaves per Month

Qualification: Graduate

Experience: 2–3 years in retail and POS handling (mandatory)

Location: Sector 76, Noida

Job Responsibilities

Sales

• Greet every customer warmly and professionally.

• Understand customer requirements and offer the most suitable products.

• Manage and arrange the product display in the store for better visibility and sales appeal.

• Handle all store requirements and forward requisitions to the Purchase and Inventory departments

through ERP.

• Collect and update customer data accurately in the ERP system.

• Resolve customer concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and communicate feedback or recurring

issues to management for solutions.

Cashier

• Manage all sales revenue and ensure 100% accuracy in statements of proceeds collected through

various modes of payment.

• Perform daily handover of collected cash and update movement records in the register or ERP.

• Handle basic software-related queries and coordinate with service providers for technical resolutions.

• Maintain accurate records of all outgoing inventory and take responsibility for inventory count and

reconciliation.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate with 2–3 years of experience in retail sales and POS operations.

• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.

• Basic computer literacy and experience with ERP or billing software.

• Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented with a positive attitude.

Reporting To: Store or Operations Manager
