Job Title: Tender ExecutiveCompany: ARASPL Steels Private LimitedLocation: KolkataDepartment: Sales / Business DevelopmentJob Summary:The Tender Executive is responsible for identifying, preparing, and submitting tenders and bids for government and private projects. The role involves coordinating with various departments, ensuring timely documentation, and maintaining compliance with tender requirements to secure business opportunities.Key Responsibilities:Search and identify relevant tenders from government and private portals (e.g., GeM, CPP, etc.)Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals as per tender specifications.Collect necessary documents (company registration, GST, PAN, financials, etc.) for bid submission.Coordinate with sales, accounts, and management for tender costing, approvals, and documentation.Ensure timely submission of tenders and maintain a database of all submitted bids.Review tender documents, terms, and conditions carefully and highlight key points to management.Follow up on tender results and maintain proper communication with clients or tendering authorities.Assist in preparing EMD, bank guarantees, and related documents.Maintain confidentiality of company data and tender information.Key Skills and Competencies:Strong knowledge of tendering process and documentation.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PDF, etc.).Excellent communication and coordination skills.Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.Knowledge of government e-tendering portals (GeM, CPP, NIC, etc.) preferred.Qualifications:Graduate in any discipline (B.Com / BBA / BA / Engineering preferred).Minimum 1–6 years of experience in tendering or bidding process.Experience in steel, construction, or industrial products sector will be an added advantage.Work Schedule:Office Timing: 10:00 a.m. – 7:30 p.m. (Monday to Saturday)
