Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Export Sales – Senior Executive / Senior Manager to lead international business development for our fencing products. The role focuses on expanding global markets, managing overseas clients, achieving export sales targets, and ensuring smooth execution of export orders.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in international B2B sales, preferably in steel, fencing, wire mesh, or building materials, along with solid knowledge of export documentation, trade compliance, and logistics.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and manage new export business opportunities in international markets
Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas distributors, agents, and direct clients
Achieve monthly and annual export sales targets
Conduct market research on potential customers, market trends, and competitor activity
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of trade with international buyers
Coordinate with production, logistics, and documentation teams for timely order execution
Handle export documentation including LC, invoices, packing lists, shipping documents, and compliance requirements
Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and business meetings
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business strategies for management
Generate and follow up on leads through multiple channels
Communicate with international clients across different time zones (early/late calls as required)
Required Skills
Strong understanding of export sales processes, Incoterms, and international trade regulations
Proven B2B export sales experience (steel/fencing/building materials preferred)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to build long-term relationships across cultures and geographies
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Sheets
Strong coordination and follow-up skills
Preferred Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, International Trade, or Marketing
MBA / PG in International Business (preferred)
5–10 years of export sales experience in a manufacturing industry
Knowledge of foreign markets, logistics, and export compliance
Willingness to travel internationally when required
