Graphic Designer:

Department – Creative & Marketing Head

Location – Siliguri Office or Hybrid

Academic Qualification – Graduate (Bachelor’s Degree in any stream)

Desired Qualification & Skills – Proficiency in industry-standard graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, or CorelDRAW, or others). Having a good portfolio showcasing creative work in both digital and print media is highly advantageous, with high detail, commitment to meeting deadlines, and strong aesthetic judgement, a basic understanding of design principles for digital optimization (e.g., web resolution, file formats, etc)

Job Description: This role is critical for the maintenance and elevation of the company’s visual identity across all digital and print media. The Graphic Designer collaborates with marketing teams to conceptualize and produce high-quality, on-brand creative assets that drive engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design visually compelling digital and print materials that strictly adhere to the company’s established brand guidelines.

• Produce a wide range of marketing collateral, including social media creatives, posters, brochures, banners, email templates, and website graphics.

• Liaise directly with Marketing and Product teams to efficiently manage design requirements, revision cycles, and ensure final output alignment with campaign goals.

• Conduct thorough quality assurance checks to ensure technical accuracy, consistency, and optimized file formats across all design deliverables.

• Stay current with emerging graphic design trends, tools, and best practices to propose innovative visual solutions.

• It is a Full Time Graphic / Web Designer job for candidates with 2 - 3 years of experience.
