Operation Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Operations Executive to manage and optimize the final stage of the logistics chain. The role involves coordinating delivery personnel, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring timely and efficient delivery of orders to customers. This is a critical operations position within a growing e-commerce environment, ideal for young professionals with a background in logistics or last-mile fulfillment.

Responsibilities:

Manage last-mile delivery operations to ensure products are delivered on time.

Lead and motivate a team of 40-50 employees.

Coordinate with delivery associates, vehicle vendors, and internal

 teams to improve delivery processes.

·         Monitor daily performance of delivery associates (bike/van riders) and resolve route-level issue

·         Develop strategies to improve delivery efficiency

·         Ensure strategic management of financial and operational resources.

·         Candidate should be from E-Commerce background

·         Strong Administration skills

·         Strong manpower handling skills

·         Conduct morning briefings and assist in training delivery teams

·         Ensure operational compliance with safety and quality standards.

·         Candidates must be open to relocation within West Bengal and Tripura.
