We are hiring a motivated Sales Executive to drive revenue growth by generating leads, meeting clients, and closing deals in the electrical and industrial equipment segment. The role focuses on building strong relationships, explaining product value, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Identify and develop new B2B leads through calls, visits, WhatsApp/email outreach, and referrals.
Meet prospective customers, understand their requirements, and pitch suitable products or solutions.
Prepare quotations, follow up regularly, negotiate pricing within policy, and close orders.
Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and deals in Excel/CRM; share weekly MIS reports.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
Achieve monthly sales targets and expand the customer base in the assigned territory.
Minimum 10th/12th pass; Diploma or Graduate preferred.
0–2 years of experience in sales (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel/Word) and email handling; CRM familiarity is a plus.
Two-wheeler and willingness for field visits preferred.
Fixed salary as per industry standards + performance-based incentives.
