Key Responsibilities
Data Entry & Bookkeeping: Recording daily financial transactions (sales, purchases, expenses) in ledgers and journals.
Accounts Payable/Receivable: Processing vendor invoices, verifying payment vouchers, issuing invoices to clients, and following up on outstanding payments

Reconciliation: Reconciling bank statements, credit card transactions, and vendor statements to ensure accuracy.
Financial Reporting Support: Assisting with month-end and year-end closing processes, including preparing financial reports and data for audits.
Payroll & Tax Preparation: Assisting with payroll processing and gathering data for tax filings.
Administrative Duties: Maintaining digital and physical financial records, filing documents, and handling correspondence.
