Job Description

Position: Female Telecaller / Telecalling Executive
Location: Race Course, Vadodara
Job Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM | Sunday Off

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and clients
• Explain company services and generate leads
• Follow up on inquiries and maintain proper records
• Handle customer queries politely and professionally
• Coordinate with the sales and office team
• Maintain daily call reports and update data in the system

Eligibility Criteria:

• Female candidates preferred
• Good communication skills in Hindi & English (Gujarati is an added advantage)
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word/Excel)
• Smart, confident, and presentable personality
• 1–2 years of Telecalling/Customer Support experience preferred
• Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on experience)
