Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and building strong relationships with customers. You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.

• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.

• Conduct product presentations and demos tailored to customer needs.

• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

• Provide accurate forecasts and reports on sales activity.

• Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends.

• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking events.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

• Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or similar role.

• Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Willingness to travel as needed.
