Assist the Senior sales Manager in developing and executing sales strategies for NVOCC services, ensuring achievement of sales goals.
• Identify new business opportunities and potential clients within the shipping and logistics sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients, ensuring competitive positioning while maintaining profitability.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to the Sales Manager and senior management.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities, identifying potential areas for business expansion.
• Attend client meetings, industry events, and exhibitions to promote the company’s services and network within the industry.
