Job Description

● Identifying customer requirements and accordingly providing correct information regarding processes or banks/NBFC’s.

● Analysing The Lead: Analysing the documents and requirements of the customer,Managing customer information, documentation in the database for further processing.

● Providing Product Knowledge: Clearly explaining loan features, repayment terms, features, benefits and eligibility criteria to customers.

● Transfer of Lead: Align the Qualified lead to the sales team for further process.

● Follow Up: Follow up with the sales team to close the case and stay in touch with the customer during the process.

● Effective and Excellent Communication and listening skills.

● Negotiation and interpersonal skills

● HL/LAP product knowledge and experience

● Mandatory experience in telecalling using dialers.

● Problem solving and sales skills
