Job Responsibilities:
· Prospecting new customers to foster growth and create new opportunities.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
· Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
· Responsible for developing close relationships with all accounts and gaining a clear understanding of their business and requirements, adopting a customer-centric approach.
· Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets.
· Follow up on customer communications in a timely and professional manner.
· Support Customer Service and work closely with Operations and Documentation on the execution of customer service contracts.
· To prepare sales & marketing material and presentations for the specific approach to existing or potential clients
Required Qualifications:
Graduate/MBA
Experience: 3-5 years
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Should have good command over English in all forms
Preferred Industry Background: Freight Forwarding, Shipping & Logistics, Ocean Freight Services
Salary Range: 4 – 6 LPA
