
Job Title: Branch Sales
Job Summary:
The Branch Manager is responsible for overall branch performance including operations, sales oversight, cost control, compliance, customer satisfaction, and profitability. The role ensures smooth coordination between branch teams, regional office, and HO while achieving defined business and service KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage end-to-end branch operations in line with company policies, SOPs, and statutory compliance.
· Monitor branch profitability, direct & indirect costs, outstanding payments, and implement cost-optimization initiatives.
· Oversee branch sales activities, ensuring targets and KPIs related to revenue growth and client acquisition are met.
· Supervise branch sales staff (Supervisor / Sr. Supervisor / Officer) and provide guidance for performance improvement.
· Ensure timely booking, delivery, billing, and realization with operational accuracy and customer-specific requirements.
· Coordinate with Regional Office / HO for operational support, issue resolution, and execution of branch plans.
· Handle audit observations and ensure corrective actions are implemented on time.
· Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure prompt resolution of customer grievances.
· Ensure accurate reporting, ERP usage, and documentation at branch level.
Location & Travel:
· Mumbai region (Bhiwandi, Mumbai South, Sativali, Vadape, Vashi, etc.)
· Moderate local travel for branch oversight and business development activities.
Reporting Structure:
· Reports to Regional Manager / Controlling Manager.
Work Schedule:
· 6 days working
· 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM (flexible as per business needs)
