✅ Identify and engage potential customers for business/personal loans

✅ Explain Paytm loan products and eligibility criteria

✅ Assist customers in completing loan applications and documentation

✅ Coordinate with internal teams for loan approval and disbursement

✅ Achieve monthly sales and collection targets

Requirements:

Graduate / 12th Pass (Sales experience preferred)

Experience in loans or financial services is an added advantage

CIBIL Score: Minimum 700

Good communication and convincing skills

Target-oriented and self-motivated
