Job Description

Safe and Timely Transportation
- Drive the employer or family members to and from destinations safely and punctually.
Vehicle Maintenance
- Perform routine checks on the car (oil, water, brakes, tire pressure, etc.)
- Keep the vehicle clean (interior and exterior) at all times.
- Schedule and coordinate servicing and repairs as needed.
Route Planning & Traffic Awareness
- Plan routes ahead of time to ensure the most efficient travel.
- Stay updated on traffic and weather conditions.
Professionalism & Confidentiality
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding the employer’s personal and professional matters.
- Be polite, presentable, and respectful at all times.
Errands and Assistance
- Run errands such as picking up packages, groceries, or documents if requested.
- Assist the employer with getting in/out of the car or carrying items.
Documentation & Records
- Maintain logbooks for fuel usage, maintenance, and kilometers driven if required.
Flexibility & Availability
- Be available on short notice and willing to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
Compliance
- Follow all traffic rules and regulations.
- Ensure vehicle registration, insurance, and license are up to date.
