Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Collections Telecaller to handle recovery of two-wheeler loans. The candidate will be responsible for following up with customers on overdue payments, maintaining healthy collections efficiency, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers with overdue two-wheeler loan payments.

• Persuade and counsel customers to make timely repayments.

• Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and payment commitments.

• Coordinate with the field collections team for escalated cases.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recovery targets.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company collection policies.

• Provide regular MIS reports on collections status to the team lead/manager.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in loan collections/recovery, preferably in the NBFC or BFSI sector.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

• Ability to handle customer objections and resolve disputes professionally.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools, etc.).

• Knowledge of two-wheeler financing will be an added advantage.

Work Details

• Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday (2nd Saturday off)

• Location: 101-B, Moti Bazaar, Opp. Talao Pali, Landmark – Raj Hall, Thane West, Mumbai, Maharashtra – 400077
