We are looking for a Outbound/ Inbound Executives to join our team for various companies. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to the particular process.

Salary offered: ₹10000 - ₹30000

Job Location: Across Mumbai, Thane and Navi Mumbai

You'll be working on processes for various companies like :

1.ICICI Securities Outbound sales process

2. Kotak Securities Outbound sales process

3. IDFC Bank First Bank Sales Process

4. Real Estate companies like Lodha, Godrej lead generation Process

5. Tata Capital Inbound customer service Process

6. Metropolis Inbound customer service Process

7. Digital Officer Virtual Relationship Officer

• Handle customer calls in a professional and efficient manner

• Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints with a problem-solving approach

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups

• Provide timely and relevant information to customers to resolve their issues

• Work collaboratively with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues

• Meet performance targets, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution rates

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is HSC.

Candidates must be open to a 6 days working week during the Day / Rotational Shift
