About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Telecalling Sales Executive with strong communication skills to join our team. The role involves interacting with potential clients, generating leads, explaining products/services, and driving sales through effective telecalling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate sales leads.

• Explain company products/services clearly and persuasively.

• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information.

• Build and maintain customer relationships through follow-ups.

• Achieve individual and team sales targets.

• Provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  

Requirements:

• Good communication skills (English/Hindi/Regional language).

• Previous telesales/telecalling experience preferred.

• Candidates with Trading/Stock Market experience will be given preference.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM is an advantage.

• Goal-oriented, persuasive, and self-motivated.
