Job Title: E-Commerce Customer Support Associate (Chat & Email)

About the Role

Are you a quick thinker with a passion for helping people? Primus Actus is looking for dynamic individuals to join our USA E-Commerce Support Team. Unlike traditional sales roles, this is a pure support process—no cold calling, no aggressive targets, and no sales pressure.

You will be the voice (and keyboard) of leading US-based brands, ensuring customers have a seamless shopping experience through real-time chat and professional email communication.


Key Responsibilities

Real-Time Resolution: Manage incoming customer queries via Chat and Email regarding orders, shipping, and product information.

Quality Communication: Maintain a high standard of written English with a focus on grammar, tone, and professional etiquette.

Problem Solving: Efficiently troubleshoot customer issues to ensure first-contact resolution.

Brand Ambassadorship: Represent US-based e-commerce platforms with a positive and helpful attitude.


Shift Details & Compensation

Shift Timing: 09:00 PM – 05:00 AM IST (Fixed Night Shift).

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (26 days/month).

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹28,000 (Based on experience).

Incentives: Performance-based incentives available (Quality & Attendance driven).

Who We Are Looking For?

Freshers: Recent graduates with excellent written English and a "can-do" attitude.

Experienced: Candidates with BPO or E-commerce experience are highly preferred.

Skills: • Fast typing speed (30+ WPM).

Strong command over English grammar and composition.

Ability to work the night shift consistently.
