Sales Co-ordinator

We are looking for a Sales Co-ordinator to join our team. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to Diamond/Jewellery Manufacture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle professional communication and email correspondence with customers regarding inquiries, orders, and follow-ups.

• Operate and update records in EMR / ERP software accurately and on time.

• Prepare and share quotations as per customer requirements, pricing guidelines, and approval matrix.

• Perform order entry in the system and ensure correctness of customer, product, and pricing details.

• Review and verify Bill of Materials (BOM) to ensure order accuracy and completeness.

• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, production planning, and dispatch.

• Track and manage shipment schedules, coordinate with logistics partners, and share dispatch details with customers.

• Maintain proper documentation and records related to orders, invoices, and shipments.

• Address customer queries, discrepancies, and escalations in a timely and professional manner.

• Ensure adherence to company processes, timelines, and quality standards.

Job Requirements:

Should have working in Jewellery industry

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 3 - 6+ years of experience. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working ( 2nd and 4th Saturday will be off ) week during the Day shift.
