Position Details:


Designation: Voice Process- Customer Service - Inbound Contact Center.

Role includes: ( Customer Support (Voice ; Email & Chat Process (Non-Voice) & Video KYC )

Gender: Male / Female

Job Type: Work from Office

Job Location: Mumbai – Andheri East (MIDC , Ackruti Centre )

Age Limit: Up to 32 years

Salary: Up to ₹3,25,000 (based on last drawn salary)

No. of Positions: 25

Qualification: Any Bachelor’s Degree in any field (mandatory)


Additional Information:


Candidates will be hired on a 1 year contract under the Bank’s payroll.

Shift Time For Female : 9-hour rotational shifts between 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM.

Shift Time For Male : Rotational shifts between 24* 7 - 9-hour rotational shifts

Week Off: One rotational off between (Monday–Sunday).

Nature of Work: Calling process.
