Operations profile- Digital Onboarding
Location-Mumbai

Desired Qualification-Graduation

Job description-

1. Connect with customers through calls, emails, and video sessions to assist in the digital onboarding process.

2. Guide customers step-by-step for E-sign, E-NACH, and Video KYC completion.

3. Verify and validate customer documents and data as per regulatory and organizational policies.

4. Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Compliance, and Sales) to ensure timely onboarding.

5. Monitor application status and follow up with customers for any pending actions.

6. Handle customer queries and provide real-time resolutions during the onboarding process.

7. Ensure adherence to RBI/Regulatory guidelines and company policies during customer verification and digital processes.

8. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and onboarding activities in CRM systems.

9. Achieve defined onboarding targets, turnaround time (TAT), and customer satisfaction scores.
