Job Description

Positions: BPO EXECUTIVES / Customer support/ Sales executive

Location: Marol, Mumbai (On-site only)

Role: Soft Collections Executive- – DUBAI PROCESS

Process: Day Shift (10:30 am - 7:30 pm)
Working Days: 6 days / 1 rotational off

Salary & Perks

• Fixed Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹18,000

• Average Incentives: ₹5,000 per month

Who Can Apply?

• Freshers & Experienced candidate's welcome

• Good communication skills (English/Hindi)

• Comfortable with calling customers

• Basic customer handling skills (we’ll train you if needed!)

Job Responsibilities

• Calling customers from the Dubai market

• Politely reminding customers about missed payments

• Guiding them to clear dues on time

• Helping customers understand how timely payments protect their credit score

• Maintaining professional and customer-friendly conversations

(No hardcore recovery – this is soft collections only).
