Role & responsibilities :
Solving Insured queries related to claims and other concerns through Calls and Emails.
Assistance provided to Insured to apply for claims reimbursement as per applicable Terms & Conditions;
Grievance resolution having worked with the claims operations team; Tracking claims file a submit reports;
Have periodic review meetings with corporates and brokers.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, updates, and resolutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services.
Utilize strong query resolution skills to resolve complex customer issues efficiently.
